Overview

We are seeking a strategic, relationship-focused Regional Talent Manager, preferably with experience in home health, hospice, or healthcare recruiting, to lead talent acquisition efforts across a designated market while developing and mentoring a high-performing recruitment team.

In this role, you will partner with operational and business leaders to build workforce strategies, attract top talent, strengthen our employer brand, and deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience. Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals supporting multiple markets and locations.
• Partner with Regional Presidents, Vice Presidents, and operational leaders to align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts and ensure an exceptional "white glove" experience for candidates and hiring leaders.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Analyze market trends, talent supply and demand data, and recruiting metrics to inform workforce planning decisions.
• Promote and strengthen employer branding initiatives through digital recruiting, community outreach, and hiring events.
• Partner with hiring leaders to provide market insights, recruiting guidance, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations, company policies, EEO, and affirmative action reporting requirements.
• Foster innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of modern recruiting technologies and tools.
• Manage regional recruiting vendor relationships to maximize service quality and return on investment.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field and 5+ years of talent acquisition experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Previous leadership, mentoring, or people management experience within Talent Acquisition is a must.
• Home health, hospice, or broader healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders and recruiting healthcare professionals is highly desirable.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to travel up to 15% for meetings, career fairs, conferences, and other business needs.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Remote work eligibility requires residence in a state where Enhabit operates.
