Overview
Oversees and implements programs for leadership and employee development company-wide. Provides
strategic vision and implements scalable strategies to ensure the on-going professional development of the company's workforce, enabling employees to operate at their fullest potential.
Anticipates growth and training needs, informs the organization regarding trends and best practices in
leadership development and employee engagement, and engenders the attitude of continuous improvement for leaders company-wide.

Responsibilities

- Advise, influence, and serve as a resource for department heads on leadership development, employee engagement and retention, employee coaching, and role-appropriate competencies.
- Lead cross functional teams in the creation, implementation and execution of various employee
development programs; cultivate a pipeline of leaders and ensure they have the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively lead, engage, and develop their teams. - Oversee and participate in the creation of programming and resources for current and emerging leaders.
- Ensure that the company leadership development program and course content remains current, and
exhibits the best-in-class spectrum of relevant leadership capabilities; includes people management,
employee engagement, culture creation, trust building, change management, and best-in-class practices in on-going conversations with employees. - Ensure that learning opportunities are created across all available delivery methods in order to reach
employees in all locations. - Collaborate with the human resources (HR) team to oversee the development and implementation of all aspects of the company's intern program.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that all course content is created and delivered with appropriate attention and respect to topics related to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging for all employees.
- Support the implementation of the 360° review process.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and experience, essential
- Must have a bachelor's degree in business, psychology, training and development, organization development, leadership, or a related field. Current certificates or certifications in coaching or training is required.
- Five years' demonstrated experience in employee coaching, and five years' demonstrated experience in employee training and development is required.
- Must have demonstrated experience managing cross functional teams and projects with increasing responsibility, and demonstrated experience in delivering executive level presentations, training, and other communications in live, virtual and hybrid settings.
- Must have intermediate demonstrated technology skills. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office suite, especially excel, word, and powerpoint, is required.
Education and experience, preferred
- A master’s degree in business, organizational development or related subject matter is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading project teams in full-scale roll-outs of training initiatives on new products or topics is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience working with third-party vendors for training platforms or adjunctive training software is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Development Dimensions International (DDI) or similar 360° feedback coaching,
- Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness (DISC), CliftonStrengths, or Enneagram is
preferred.
